• Wear soft-soled shoes (no stilettos)

• Avoid chunky jewellery or anything that could scratch surfaces

Charters will go ahead unless the Master declares conditions unsafe.
Rain or storms alone don’t qualify as severe weather. The vessel has an indoor saloon and covered rear deck — so guests stay dry.

No. Shannon Star is a smoke-free vessel, both inside and out.

• More than 30 days out: full refund minus 25% deposit

• Less than 30 days out: 100% cancellation fee

• No shows or late arrivals: no refunds, credits, or rescheduling
